DAA Consulting is a small group of serial entrepreneurs and business people who have all owned and run their own small and medium-sized businesses. Unlike large corporate-style consultancy firms, our advice comes from first-hand experience — we have been there, seen it and done it.
We are friendly and non-pushy, and your interests are at heart. We will never ask you for an upfront payment and we will never stretch your company's finances. Our motto is simple: there are no problems, only solutions.

Meet the founder
David Ashdown.
David is a qualified mediator, business coach, consultant and mentor who has spent his career supporting small and medium-sized businesses — from boardroom and director disagreements to contract matters, co-worker disputes and everyday management issues.
His first business — window cleaning — was started while he was still at school, and sold when he left to move into property. He went on to rescue and sell a transport business and ran a property business converting houses into flats — so when he talks about the realities of running an SME, he is talking from first-hand experience.
Along the way he has sat on the boards of a number of businesses, as both an executive and a non-executive director, and has been heavily involved in the transport industry throughout his career.
His ethos is to build trust and empower you to decide outcomes that work for everyone involved.
